Endowment Trust

The St. Helena Public Schools Foundation created the St. Helena Public Schools Foundation Endowment Trust (a supporting tax-exempt organization) in 1992 with generous contributions from concerned citizens.  The SHPSF Endowment Trust is a permanent fund dedicated to providing significant annual distributions to the St. Helena Public Schools Foundation for the purpose of making grants.

The Endowment Trust maintains a value of more than $1,000,000 through a Fund professionally managed by the Napa Valley Community Foundation. Our goal is to grow the value of the Trust to at least $3,000,000 in order to meet our funding goal of up to $100,000 per year in disbursable grant funds to St. Helena’s Public Schools.
